The company is based in Greater Bengaluru Area and has various career opportunities available. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Assistant Manager at Vision Express. The Assistant Manager will be located at the Greater Bengaluru Area location but will have the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the store manager with day-to-day operations, managing and training staff, maintaining inventory. and overseeing customer service. Qualifications Experience in retail operations, sales, and customer service Knowledge of eyewear and optical products preferred Ability to manage and train staff Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred Fluency in English and local language required Familiarity with Greater Bengaluru Area retail landscape is a plus
