GTT partners with over 2000 education institutions and government bodies to enable students to become employable and bridge the gap in their employability. GTT delivers highly customized, high-impact training programs focused on delivering business outcomes, conceptualized, designed, and delivered by a core team of senior professionals with 25+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a large team of 1000 trainers spread across India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Manager in Learning and Development with Global Talent Track. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Manager in Learning and Development are to develop, design, and deliver training programs. to improve the skills and knowledge of employees. This includes assessing training needs, creating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field 6+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or HR, with a record of successfully designing and executing employee training programs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure and dynamic business environments Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, authoring tools, and multimedia production is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and evaluate program effectiveness Familiarity with current trends and best practices in L&D, HR, and talent development
