Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Junior Interior Design CAD Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in Interior Design, hands-on experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and the ability to create detailed civil drawings. In addition, the candidate should have strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and a good understanding of residential building design. Responsibilities: AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD 2D and 3D to create interior design plans, elevations, and detailed drawings. Execute design concepts with precision and attention to detail. Civil Detailing: Develop detailed civil drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and compliance. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and feedback. Present design concepts. effectively and address client queries and concerns. Residential Building Design: Apply knowledge of residential building design principles to contribute to the creation of functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. * Photoshop Expertise: Use Photoshop to enhance design presentations, create mood boards, and produce realistic visualizations. Proficiently integrate Photoshop into the design workflow. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 1-2 years of practical experience in Interior Design and AutoCAD usage. Demonstrated ability to develop civil detailed drawings. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects. Effective communication skills for client interaction. Knowledge of residential building codes, regulations, and design trends. Proficiency in Photoshop for design visualization.
