Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce shrinkage, attrition, and increase CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs such as Shrinkage Control, Attrition Control, B2B Sales, Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Residential Sales to optimize performance.
- Handle team handling activities including recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high levels of quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in real estate industry with expertise in sales process management.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
