Job Title: Electronics Hardware Engineer Experience Level: 1-2 years Location: Pune , Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Electronics Hardware Engineer with 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in electronics hardware design and have a strong academic background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Key Responsibilities: 1. Circuit Design: Design, simulate, and optimize electronic circuits for various applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. 2. PCB Layout: Create and optimize PCB layouts for electronic circuits, considering factors such as signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal management. 3. Component Selection: Identify and select appropriate electronic components based on project specifications and requirements. 4. Prototyping and Testing: Build prototypes, conduct testing, and analyze results to validate and troubleshoot. electronic hardware designs. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, firmware engineers, and product designers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware components. 6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and design specifications. 7. Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. 8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics hardware technology and incorporate innovative solutions into designs. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (BE ENTC). 2. 1-2 years of experience in electronics hardware design. 3. Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles. 4. Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle). 5. Knowledge of signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and thermal management. 6. Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers. 7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: 1. Familiarity with firmware development. 2. Knowledge of wireless communication protocols. 3. Understanding of power electronics.
