Job Description

Summary The person will be responsible for getting Qualified Business Leads. They will be given a set of target accounts to go after. Should be able to plan a strong outbound motion, speak to the RPCs, understand their business, get the right volumetrics to qualify as well as book meetings. Candidate should have excellent communication skills with high discipline and internal motivation Responsibilities Lead Prospecting and Qualification: Engage in first-level conversations with CXOs to prospect and qualify leads Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products or services to create interest and qualify leads Relationship Building Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and communication Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transfer qualified opportunities for further development Product Knowledge Stay informed about the features, benefits, and updates related to our products or services Effectively communicate. product value and differentiation to potential clients Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the customer relationship management (CRM) system Metrics And Reporting Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and conversion targets Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement Qualification Criteria (Skills) Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage with CXOs and build meaningful relationships through first-level conversations Motivated To Work In a Target-Driven Setup Proven experience in working in a target-driven environment Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Qualifications Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience of 1-2 years with Corporate Event Management Companies organizing summits etc. working in Delegate Acquisition or Sponsorship Roles Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Preferred Qualifications Certification in relevant marketing platforms Experience in B2B marketing/ Inside Sales Familiarity with the technology or SaaS industry Hiring Location: Sector 125, Noida Work Mode: Onsite
