Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join at our client's location in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 2 years of professional accounting experience. The Accountant will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with Indian accounting practices and taxation laws. Location : Near Crossings Republic, Ghaziabad (U.P.) Key Responsibilities: Accounting Entries and General Ledger Reconciliation: Prepare and post accounting entries accurately. Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis. Transaction Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and explanation of financial transactions. Accounts Payable Management: Manage the companys accounts payable functions. Maintain invoice payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage vendor contracts effectively. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and. various detailed financial analyses. Knowledge of Indian Accounting Practices and Taxation Laws: Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and taxation laws. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting accounting practices. Proficiency with Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software, preferably Tally, proficiently for day-to-day accounting tasks. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties. Work with Indian authorities such as the IT department, GST department, etc., for company-related matters. Statutory Compliance: Work closely with the companys Chartered Accountant (CA) for compliance-related activities. Facilitate all statutory audits for the company. Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks or projects to enhance knowledge and contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting and office operations
