About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our growing team in the exciting lighting industry. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned client accounts,including accounts receivable,payable,and general ledger maintenance.
Process invoices,payments,and journal entries according to accounting standards and best practices.
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for assigned accounts.
Analyze financial data,identify trends,and provide insights to improve profitability and cash flow.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,including clients,auditors,and bankers.
Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role,preferably within the lighting industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficient in accounting software,such as QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
