Designation-Manager-Finance & Accounting Experience: 6 to 8 years Qualification: MBA Finance Skill Set / Responsibilities: Lead end to end finance, accounting, and compliance operations for the entity Effectively and proactively communicate and partner with teammates both in India and the US Treasury/Expenses: o Manage the entitys bank account and conduct recurring cash reconciliations as directed o Establish and maintain proper controls over the entitys bank account o Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner, aligned with internal controls o Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity needs are met o Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary commitments o Identify and implement cost saving measures Partnership with US Entity: o Assist with month end close and reporting activities o Assist with the Companys annual audit, while establishing and. maintaining proper controls o Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes for the entity (expenses and cash), including coordinating with department leaders in the US and India o Perform variance analysis between budget and actual results Manage internal MIS systems Lead transfer pricing research, identify options to change transfer pricing arrangement, manage the monthly process, and ensure compliance with local regulations Ensure on-time and accurate reporting of monthly accounts and MIS. Oversee all foreign currency matters, including analytics and translation in the Companys accounting system. Prepare schedules for annual and quarterly financials. Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits with multiple advisors and external agencies. Handle all periodic filings for Direct and Indirect Taxes. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Stay informed about changes in tax regulations. Internal Controls Assurance -Ensure internal controls are followed in financial reporting. Ensure completeness and timeliness of Month-end closure workings checks. Contribute to the development of financial plans and strategies. Provide input on financial implications of business decisions. Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and support.
