Maintain financial records for client companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Process the monthly payroll with the statutory compliances of the various offshore clients.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the project team in the relation of finance side, including filing, accounting, report generation, statutory compliance, review, etc.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards according to the various applicable jurisdiction laws.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements of the different jurisdictions.
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology or accounting software.
Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities.
Advise managements and/or clients about issues such as resource utilization and tax strategies of global jurisdiction.
Manage financial reviews.
Interact with project team, company banking and financial partners.
Provide financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings to the management and clients.
Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the client organization are up to date and approved by the clients or managements.
Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
Liaise with external regulators, affiliate partners and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
Implement processes or systems to ensure good management of the organization.
Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the clients company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers.

What you need to succeed:
Fresher or 5 years of experience in handling corporate accounting, taxation and related compliances.
Work Experience in the accounting software such as Tally, Quick books, Zoho, Zero etc.
Must be able to use MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Google Workspace Apps.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and must be collaborative and team oriented
A strategic thinker, problem solving and highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities effectively.
Familiarity with financial regulatory (Accounting Standards, SAs, GAAPs, GST and other local taxes).
Be a quick learner and able to demonstrate the ability to follow instructions.
