: Customer Service skills to understand Home Painting needs of customers & provide recommendations on the color selection Providing good customer experience in the store by aiding the customer with all color selection resources & supporting in decision making Working with the company's color design software for consultation Coordination with stakeholders (painting execution) to ensure smooth operations of the customer's painting journey Delivering targeted results. measured by customer satisfaction, end-to-end process effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and value Helping in budget calculation by providing economy & premium pricing options to the customer using our technical resources Daily reporting of consultations & conversions to team leader Requirements of the Candidate: Enjoys interacting with customers & helping people with color solutions Ready to work in a retail environment of a store (Weekday off).
