Job Description
- Design intuitive interfaces that make complex customer data analysis accessible to users of all technical levels
- Create end-to-end experiences that help organizations become truly customer-obsessed
- Bridge the gap between sophisticated AI capabilities and user-friendly enterprise solutions
- Shape how organizations across industries understand and act on customer insights
- Lead the design of enterprise-grade features that simplify customer data analysis and visualization
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate customer needs and data insights into innovative solutions
- Develop user flows and interactions that make AI-powered analytics approachable and valuable
- Create and iterate on prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex data interactions
- Contribute to our design system to ensure consistent, scalable experiences
- Champion user-centered design practices across the organization
- 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise applications, preferably in AI/ML-powered SaaS domains
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with making complex workflows intuitive
- Expertise in modern design tools (preferred Figma)
- Proven experience with information architecture and user research
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and understanding enterprise needs
- Background in designing SaaS products
- Experience with AI/ML products
- Enterprise software design experience
- User Experience Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Interaction Design
- Or related design discipline
- Design: Figma (Preferred)
- Documentation: Jira/Confluence
- Prototyping and interaction design tools
- Data visualization design experience
