Role Description This is a full-time on-site role of Head of E-Commerce (Retail). As a Head of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for managing the e-commerce sales growth, business planning, marketing and driving the strategic roadmap of the e-commerce function for the company. You will lead the e-commerce team and focus on enhancing the e-commerce consumer experience, optimizing the trading performance across all channels, and managing the. day-to-day running of the e-commerce operation. You will also be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive sales and increase conversion rates while monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators. Marketing Budget, Entire Brand Management, Product Marketing, Sales Promotion, Drive Online Sales, Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Research ROI optimization. Formulate Strategy, Build Sales plan, monetary growth, Category Build, Sales review data Outline Sales, P&L of Commerce business, B2B. Manage Team Performance and Mentoring and Guiding the sales team, Sales and Product Management, Stakeholder Management. Online Platform Expansion, Multi-Channel communication, Online Sales, Building partnerships (Local/Global partners), Inventory and Supply Chain Management. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning Experience in E-Commerce sales and marketing Excellent Sales and Marketing skills Strong organizational and team management skills Ability to work independently and as a team player Demonstrated success in driving e-commerce growth and profitability Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, master's degree is a plus Relevant experience in Retail, Online/Offline Commerce, and Digital Marketing is preferred for this role
