Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an e-commerce manager located in Mumbai. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the daily management of e-commerce operations, including planning marketing strategies

Responsibilities:

Meeting the top-line sales objective for National Accounts like Amazon/Flipkart etc. with the expertise of handling online portal sellers like RK world on the multi-channel, multi-platform model.

Closely working with the , marketing/brand team, and other stakeholders for managing individual chains/accounts/regions for driving sales of the Modern Trade division. Key responsibilities will include Planning, Relationship development, Team Management

Develop Concept / Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with best practices of the industry

Planning consumer acquisitions strategies

Collaborating with internal teams: Creative, Media, Digital, Loyalty; Direct marketing, Public relations, and web development

B2C Selling models know-how

Develop the online vertical/ website for all product categories

Margin Negotiation, a listing of New products, on-boarding and managing profitability of products

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 6 years of experience in handling as an E-commerce Manager (Food Industry preferred)

Website operations for B2C Channel/ Setting up of Direct to Consumer Channel
