Verint Call recording solution
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cisco voice systems.
Develop and execute project plans, including timelines and risk management strategies.
Providing technical guidance, managing project timelines and ensuring successful project delivery.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
Project management, RFPRFQ preparation, BOM preparation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
