We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Database Development, SQL Database, and System Administration.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement database solutions to meet the organizations needs- Develop, maintain, and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy and availability- Perform database administration tasks, such as backups, performance tuning, and security management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database solutions align with business requirements- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on database-related issues

Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Proven experience in database development and management- Strong proficiency in SQL and database design principles- Experience with database administration tools and technologies- Knowledge of system administration and networking concepts is a plus- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
