Company Description The Kabadiwala is a waste management company based in Bhopal, India. We provide doorstep service intended to help busy people sell their household junk like old newspaper and scraps material. The Kabadiwala aims to organize the waste sector in India and provides a way to track your waste material. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role. The Salesperson will be responsible for visiting residential and commercial areas to acquire new clients, providing quotes, and negotiating contracts. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs, and upselling services. Qualifications Sales skills, including negotiating and closing deals Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Basic understanding of waste management Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part. of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Previous experience in sales is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
