Job Description

    1. Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
    2. Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers .
    3. Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
    4. Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
    5. Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules regulations in the Indian real estate market.
    6. Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builders and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
    7. Meeting Property Service Providers.
    8. Making available property database of the area.
