Job Description
An essential role of a TPA is to coordinate between the insurer and management for the claim settlement process. They check all the bills and documents submitted by the claimant and cross-check all details before approving a settlement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling TPA-related processes from billing to coordinating with TPA Companies.
2. Maintaining & uploading patient files on the portal.
3. Outstanding follow-up with TPA.
4. Monthly Review & recovery report.
5. Processing of Cashless Requests & Health Insurance Claim Documents.
6. Proficient with medical terms & system.
7. Understanding of Policy terms & conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines.
8. Understanding of Claims Processing.
