Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located at Hotel Le Garden in Thanjavur. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, overseeing inventory and logistics, managing budgets and financials, and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the Hospitality industry Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, inventory management, logistics, and financials Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse teams Experience with budget management and financial analysis Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills Experience implementing policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
