Job Description

Project Name: Sponsored Research Industrial Consultancy (SRIC)
Job Location: IIT Kharagpur
Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law from recognized University/Institutes of repute. Or Passed the final examination of Institute of Company Secretary of India.
Essential Experience: At least 03 (Three) years of relevant experience in the field of corporate law or filling of patent/copyright/Trademark, IPR and experience in drafting agreement, contract etc.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years
Consolidated Monthly Salary: Rs. 43,188 (Includes Basic Pay, HRA and other allowances)
Terms Conditions: Initially for a period of 3 (three) years on a yearly basis subject to evaluation of performance, which may further be renewal for a maximum period upto 5 (five) years.
