Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Hands-on of Bulk Hiring, Mass Hiring, Mass hiring.
Taking interviews, hiring through references, should be having own connections to hiring candidates.
Should have knowledge to handle BPO Projects. Worked on BOP, IT, Non-IT profiles
Experience of Joining Formalities, Induction process.
Effectively handling the entire documentation procedure and maintain the files.
Should have good experience in Employee Engagement activates.
Manage new hire onboarding in HRMS, understanding the HR functionalities.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully.

Preferred candidate profile

Need good communication skill, leading personality.
Excellent in hiring
