Job Position - AR Caller(Denials,Voice,Night shift) Job Type Permanent Job Location-Trivandrum Interview Location-Cochin Industry Type: -US Healthcare Company Job Location Work from office(Open to relocate to Trivandrum) Qualification Graduate/PG in any stream Years of experience Min 1+years experience in denials/RCM Paragraph about the ideal candidate Looking for a potential candidate min 1+ years of experience in denial manage,ment/RCM Key Competencies - Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue. Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution. Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required. Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA. compliance. Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims (Add Points) :- 1+ years Denial management exp is mandatory (atleast 10-15denials) Good communication skills(written and verbal ) Willing to work in nigh shifts Must be a graduate Cabs provided within 35km work from office Share well updated cv on hidden_email
