Job Description
Pioneer E Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for ERP/Admin Support IT Position to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.- Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks
- Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors
- Responsibilities:1
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order
- Coordinate scheduling and meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed
- Requirements:1
- Experience in an administrative support role, with a track record of delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and visitors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common office software, including email and calendar applications
