Customer Support Representative @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

Tech Mahindra Limited is hiring Customer Service Representatives for US, UK, and Australian Telecom processes. We're looking for fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)

- Candidates with 0-6 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply

Selection Process:

- HR Interview

- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment

- Ops Interview

Compensation:

- For Experienced Candidates: Upto 5.5 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)

- For Freshers:

- US Process: CTC upto 3.35 LPA

- UK Process: CTC upto 2.9 LPA

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
