Tender Executive

 

Total Vacancies -  4 nos.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Tender Executive (s) to join our team. As a Tender Executive, he/she will be responsible for carrying out a variety of duties including scouting potential opportunities where the company is eligible, collate requisite documents for bidding and provide scope of work and bill of material as elaborated in the tender to the technical, purchase and finance team for timely bidding for opportunities in the smart solutions, surveillance and security verticals.

The ideal candidate will be associated with team-lead so as to generate and engage with business partners for B2B or B2C initiatives to as to fructify new business for the company. The candidate should be proactive enough to understand the commercial trend of relevant products and services required for bidding. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Would be responsible for all tender related documentation and preparation of commercials for all tenders.
• Preparation of agreements for front end and back-end partners, wherever required
• Create a communication network with end customers, clients, OEMs and service providers
• Create a database of all OEMs with existing rates
• Maintain database of projects bided and under implementation
• Maintain e-documents of all company credentials required for tender submission
• Tender scouting and bidding in both GEM and company portals
• Collate input for Project Monitoring Report
• Risk analysis project wise for the vertical
• Coordinate with finance executive for updation of finance data in respect of tenders
• Project Monitoring through dashboard and develop a user friendly MIS reporting system
• Arrange for industrial photography for each project during project implementation for updation of company brochure and website

 

Requirements:

• Engineering or diploma degree in relevant domains
• Candidate with 3-6-year experience of searching various government portals for security related tenders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Should have a good knowledge of Central Govt/State Govt and PSU Tenders and need to be well versed with various Government Portals.
• Will be one point contact with all OEMs for organizing MAFs and query handling.
• Must have good knowledge of Security Product Line.
• Focused and goal-oriented

Salary & Emoluments:

• CTC of INR per month (negotiable) depending on experience and qualification.
