Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Strategy Manager to join our team in Delhi on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess up to 10 years of work experience and will be responsible for driving sales strategy, performance metrics, and overall business growth. This role requires strong skills in sales forecasting, sales performance metrics, and management information systems.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Experience in sales forecasting (Mandatory skill) with a strong analytical mindset and ability to predict future sales trends.

  • Proficiency in sales performance metrics (Mandatory skill) to monitor and enhance sales efficiency.

  • Expertise in management information systems (MIS) (Mandatory skill) to manage and interpret data effectively.

  • Knowledge in competitive intelligence to understand market trends and competitors strategies.

  • Strategic planning capabilities to develop long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Strong background in business development to identify and create new business opportunities.

  • Experience in account management to nurture and grow client relationships.

  • Understanding of human resources principles to manage and motivate sales teams effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors performance to refine sales approaches.

  • Use sales forecasting techniques to predict sales performance and prioritize resources.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Manage MIS to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analytics.

  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify new business opportunities and growth markets.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships through effective account management strategies.

  • Work with HR to recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
