We need a GM Account & Finance  for our establishment in Navi Mumbai  (Mahape ) Location.

Experience: 7+ Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities:

 1) Overall management of Accounts, Finance, Day-to-Day Accounting, I-GAAP Compliances,
and Vendor Payment Management

2) Business Planning, Business Strategy and Business MIS and Decision Support Services

3) Banking and Treasury Functions including Sourcing the Loans and Cash Credit Limits
Management

4) Tax Compliances and Handling Legal Matters

5) Product Costing and Pricing Strategy

6) ROC Secretarial Compliances

7) Inventory Management, Management of Trade Receivables and Trade Payables and Overall
Management of Working Capital 

Any Additional Experience as mentioned here will be
treated as Added Advantage :
1) FEMA
2) International Taxation
3) Transfer Pricing
4) Business Valuation
5) Capital Budgeting
6) SAP or BI Tools or Other Software

Company Timings : 9.30 am -- 6.00 pm

Week off : Sunday Holiday
