Lead the QA team in creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
Build and maintain manual and automated testing strategies.
Collaborate with developers to embed QA into the SDLC.
Design and implement automation frameworks.
Choose and manage appropriate testing tools.
Analyze test results, report bugs, and support timely resolutions.
Continuously improve QA processes and team effectiveness.
Mentor and support team members.
Stay current with new testing tools and techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:
8plus years in QA, including 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong in both manual and automation testing.
Hands-on with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress.
Scripting in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in managing cross-functional and remote teams.
