Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
   • Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with procurement to replenish items as needed.
   • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and discrepancies.

2. Order Processing:

   • Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
   • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
   • Handle order-related issues and discrepancies efficiently.

3. Supervision and Leadership:

   • Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
   • Schedule and organize work shifts to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
   • Conduct training sessions for new employees and ensure adherence to company policies.

4. Customer Service:

   • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
   • Implement customer service standards and train staff on customer-centric practices.

5. Store Maintenance:

   • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store.
   • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure a well-maintained and safe environment.

6. Sales and Promotion:

   • Implement sales promotion activities to drive store revenue.
   • Monitor sales performance and propose strategies to increase profitability.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

7. Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
   • Implement security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access.

8. Reporting:

   • Generate regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
   • Provide management with insights and recommendations based on the data analysis.
