Job Description
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients and MSPs in the US.
- Create action plans and recruitment methods to find eligible applicants from job portals and other sources.
- Responsible for handling different types of Non-IT, Engineering, Energy and Manufacturing requirements.
- Experience working with direct clients on W2/C2C roles (MSP/VMS knowledge).
- Candidate should be technically sound and well versed with US Taxes and Visas.
- The candidate must be willing to work in the night shift.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
