Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have:-
Working Experience in Wiring Harness - Production Department

Job Responsibilities:-
1. Coordinate and steer the collective efforts of all Electrical production technicians in Wiring Harness Department.
2. Interface with Factory Head and prioritize work based on production schedule and organizational goals.
3. Interface with Customer representatives, if and when required.
4. Support efforts to minimize production interruptions.
5. Improve area safety and efficiency through regular auditing and continuous improvement.
6. Enforce production area standards and run rules (includes bi-annual reviews and disciplinary action).
7. Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
8. Operators training and development.
9. Development and implementation of efficiency improvement projects.
10. Optimization of product flow through the factory.
11. Root cause analysis and the implementation of corresponding corrective action plans.

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
