Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring, Mass Hiring, Campus Hiring.
• Hiring done through NGO/Free hiring portels
• Screen Resumes, taking interviews, hiring through references, should be having own connections to hiring candidates.
• Should have knowledge to handle BPO Projects. Worked on BOP, IT, Non-IT profiles
• Done joining formalities, induction, employee engagements activities.
• Willing to travel due to hiring purpose.
• Should have knowledge to handle BPO Hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

• Need good communication skill, leading personality.
• Flexible work environment
• 6 days working (Normal morning shift).
