Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Manage end to end recruitment & Selection process.
Sourcing the profiles from various sources such as job portals, existing database and Vendors, Ngo's etc.
Conducting initial evaluation
Stakeholders mgt.,Vendor coordination,
Onboarding the candidates

Preferred candidate profile : Should have 1.6 - 5 years of experience in Bulk/volume/Frontline Hiring/mass hiring majorliy into Bpo's.
Candidate should have excellent Comm skills.

Perks and benefits : Salary - 25,000 - 30,000/- P/M

Comfortable to work in 6 days with WFO, Day Shift
