Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1.Pharma domain IT experience -Prior experience in IT support within the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Documentation & Compliance Ability to maintain and manage IT-related documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
3.User ID Management Experience in creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts.
4.Data Backup & Recovery Knowledge of backup procedures and data recovery strategies.
5.Technical Support Skills Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
6.Attention to Detail Ability to follow SOPs and industry regulations precisely.
7.Team Player Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and end-users.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 year of experience in an IT support role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Bachelor's degree any related field.
- Hands-on Experience with user ID creation, management, and access control processes
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery documentation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
