The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, prospecting new clients, providing exceptional customer service, creating sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales and account management Ability to negotiate and close deals Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in industrial sales and knowledge of Baddi's industrial sector is a plus
