Business Analyst
Location - Hyderabad

Data Analysis and Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to map curation and abuse operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making for operational and strategic initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Work closely with operations, quality, and process excellence teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions to improve workflows, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
- Support automation initiatives by analyzing the impact of tools and technology on operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with operations managers, quality teams, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise, and impactful communication.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and operational teams to ensure alignment on data and analytics objectives.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of operational strategies, workflows, and training programs.
- Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Design and implement frameworks to monitor policy adherence and quality standards.
Tool and System Optimization
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to enhance data visualization and reporting.
- Provide input on tool improvements or new tool implementation to support operational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis efforts.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Geography, or a related field.
- Masters degree or certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or GIS tools is an advantage.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or data analyst, preferably in map operations, geospatial data, or content moderation.
- Proven track record in using data to drive operational improvements.
Skills
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of geospatial data and mapping tools is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
