Urgent Opening cluster manger (Store Manager ) @ Great Nation Services

Job Description

• Responsible for the overall Sales & operations for all stores within your cluster
• Responsible for Store performance in Cluster, Keeping Track of SOPs/ KPI and day to day process of retail.
• Manage and resolve complex operational issues that arise across multiple sites/ Stores
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Retail and Retail Management teams making sure they are fully informed about Retail activities
• • Candidate should be a holder of minimum graduation degree
  • Candidate must have experience as a cluster manager for at least 1-2 year or as a store manager for at least 2-4 years
  • Cluster Managers should work well under pressure and with deadlines
  • Candidate should have strong analytical skills
  • Need strong leadership, interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Need strong communication skills to convey the message to the targeted audience
