Title Solar Project Manager Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in solar project management or related roles. Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, components, and system design. Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of delivering successful solar projects. Role Requirements Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders to. ensure project alignment with goals and objectives. Allocate resources, tasks, and responsibilities to project team members. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; take corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders. Manage project contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships. Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and status reports. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements. Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and performance. Lead project risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. Manage project procurement, including sourcing materials and services. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance and quality control. Adapt project plans based on changing market conditions and challenges. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with finance teams to manage project financials and cost tracking. Adapt to new project management tools, software, and techniques. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
