Role & responsibilities

Techno-Functional Assortment Architect
10+ years in Retail Domain Expertise particularly in 4+ Years Assortment and Merchandise Planning including Integrations with Merchandising, Inventory and Analytics Platforms combined with strong Technical Architecture Skills.
Lead the Design, Integration and Implementation of an Enterprise-Grade Assortment Planning solution.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Assortment Planning solutions and guide the client through implementation best practices.
Evaluate and Recommend Tools, Platforms and Technologies to Support Assortment Planning (e.g.- Oracle RPAS, Blue Yonder, Relex, SAP UAP,O9 etc.).
Define data flows and integration architecture for inbound and outbound interfaces.
Support UAT, performance testing, and go-live activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of retail planning processes pre-season planning, in-season management, store clustering, option planning, etc.
Ability to Design Technical Architecture (Cloud/On-prem, Integrations, Data Flows).
Experience with integration technologies (APIs, ETL, data lakes, etc.).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Masters preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have
Retail domain certifications.
Experience working with global delivery teams.
