Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Analyst located in Delhi, India. The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for assisting senior bankers in the formulation, negotiation, and execution of various corporate finance transactions such as Pre-IPO, M&A, and public offerings. The Investment Banking Analyst will also be expected to research financial analysis and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with an attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of the financial markets and accounting principles
• Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings desired
• Internship or prior work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field preferred
• Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and ability to work long hours when necessary

About the Internship:

Key responsibilities:

1.  Managing our Tally, bookkeeping, and accounts for incoming and outgoing transactions
2. Filing GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation and making sure we are compliant
3. Handling operations tasks under the operations team 
4. Managing the office admin-related tasks

Requirements:

1. Accounts graduates (preferred) 
2. Should enjoy Tally-related work 
3. Should be comfortable doing office admin work 
4. Should be comfortable doing operations work
