Job Description

Talent Strategy Understand business strategy and participate in articulating a strategy for building capability in alignment with overall business strategy and objectives Examine organizational problems in terms of integrating Talent solutions for strategic effectiveness Conduct extensive research to develop innovative and best in class capability building initiatives to help grow key talent in line with business growth Benchmark the competition and other relevant comparison groups for best practices Business Partnering Assess organizational needs to identify and develop critical competencies Manage interactions with key business and HR stakeholders, highlight gaps and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions based on in-depth organizational knowledge and expertise Seek and analyze information in a strategic, systematic manner for evaluating and use in decision-making Talent capability building Program Management Align the program to support the vision. goals and objectives of the organization ensuring adherence to defined standards Design and execute frameworks, communication strategies, plans, practices, tools and templates for specific programs/initiatives/OD interventions Track budget spends and resources Consult and work with stakeholder teams to ensure capability building and knowledge transfer Lead facilitation sessions, workshops and focus groups Ensure regular reviews, accountability and management of projects, stakeholders and suppliers Manage and work closely with stakeholder groups to successfully execute the end to end program management/OD interventions roadmap Continuously assess and optimize performance by systemically applying learning and knowledge to the program Report metrics and insights to concerned stakeholders
