Overview As an Industrial Designer specializing in Packaging Design, you will play a critical role in creating innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the packaging not only enhances the product's appeal but also meets functional and cost requirements. Company Overview Our client, a well-recognized Switchgear & Low Voltage Panel manufacturer in India, is currently seeking Industrial packaging designer. Location: Sector 5, Faridabad Work Mode: Fulltime from Office (5 days a week + Alternate Saturday working) Key Responsibilities Develop innovative packaging concepts that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs Utilize 3D modeling software to create prototypes and visualize design concepts Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to. inform design decisions Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for packaging production Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and prototype packaging Manage multiple packaging design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery Contribute to sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging solutions Present design concepts and prototypes to internal stakeholders and clients Participate in packaging testing and validation to ensure product safety and integrity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree/diploma in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in consumer goods industry Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes related to packaging Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding Project management and time management skills to handle multiple projects Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of sustainability principles and experience in eco-friendly packaging design Experience in conducting market research and trend analysis Strong presentation and visualization skills to articulate design concepts Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to packaging Portfolio demonstrating successful packaging design projects Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving product development environments Skills: creativity,3d modeling,graphic design,project management,packaging,packaging design,design,industrial design
