Paramount Speciality Forgings Ltd., are looking to hire an experienced VMC Programmer. Candidate Requirements: 1. 2 years on-job experience as a VMC programmer. 2. Should also have atleast 2 years experience as a VMC operator. 3. Well versed with Fanuc and Siemens operating systems and program codes. 4. Knowledge of 3D designing using software such as Mastercam, Solidcam, etc is preferable. 5. Good working knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, dial gauge, micrometer, etch finder, etc. 6. Must have excellent time management skills 7. Should have good knowledge of cutting inserts, tools, cutters, drills, 8. Should have good knowledge of material grades. 9. Must have good organizational and planning skills. 10. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. 11. Ability to make programs and produce various threaded jobs on VMC. 12. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. To clearly understand requirements of a job. after thorough review of challans, job cards, drawings. 2. To make CNC / VMC programmes for jobs. 3. Creates instructions for machine operators. 4. Communicates with operators and setters who use the programs. 5. To ensure that programmes made thereof result in maximum output whilst maintaining quality aspects and without damage to machine life. 6. Ensuring that all finished products meet the required quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing quality control measures. 7. Determines sequence of operations in a program. 8. Simplifies tooling time for workers and increases productivity for the company. 9. Complies with all safety rules and regulations
