We organize trips according to the specific needs and preferences of our clients to provide them with the ultimate travel experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, creating travel itineraries, providing excellent customer service, and making reservations. The Travel Consultant will also collaborate with other travel agencies and service providers to ensure the best possible travel experiences for our clients. Qualifications Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Experience in creating itineraries and making travel reservations Ability to work under pressure and meet. deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field Familiarity with travel software and tools Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Using GDS - Amadeus or Galileo Having a Diploma in IATA would be a benefit
