Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at Satguru Travels Dubai (UAE) located in Ajmer. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating car rentals. and arranging travel itineraries. The Travel Agent will also be responsible for sales of tour packages to prospective clients. Qualifications Ability to make reservations and coordinate travel arrangements Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of car rental procedures and regulations Proven sales experience in the travel industry Proficiency in computer reservations systems (CRS) and travel software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certification in travel and tourism or related field Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
