Job Title: Senior Engineer Fraud Risk
Location: Abu Dhabi & India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 610 years in Fraud Risk and SAS platforms
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer Fraud Risk to support and enhance our SAS Fraud Management (SAS FM) platform across its full lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAS FM, SAS Visual Investigator (VI), and SAS Visual Analytics (VA), and will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and support of fraud detection solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAS Fraud Management platform.
- Work closely with fraud risk analysts to understand detection strategies and translate them into SAS business rules and models.
- Manage integration with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring timely and accurate data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAS VI and VA interfaces, case management, and real-time scoring.
- Provide ongoing platform support, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SAS Fraud Management (SAS FM)
- SAS Visual Investigator (VI)
- SAS Visual Analytics (VA)
- Familiarity with fraud detection models, case management processes, and real-time alerting.
- Understanding of fraud scenarios across banking products (e.g., payments, cards, lending).
- Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL, and real-time processing concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, support, and documentation skills.
