Senior Manager IND Finance (with Audit Responsibilities)
Location : Chennai occasional travel to Coimbatore
Shift : Mid Shift (2-11 PM IST)
Experience : 10 +Years
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and audit procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Job Summary:
The senior manager of Finance & Accounts is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and leading financial audits. This position plays a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and auditing, and the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Audit and Compliance:
- Lead internal and external audits in India, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Income Tax, and other local regulatory requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities.
- Ensure proper allocation of financial resources in accordance with strategic priorities.
- Track departmental budgets and provide recommendations to control costs and enhance profitability.
- Payroll Compliance:
- Accurate Salary Calculations: Ensuring employees are paid correctly based on their hours worked, overtime, commissions, bonuses, etc.
Statutory Compliance:
- Labor Laws: Compliance with laws related to employee working conditions, wages, leave entitlements, and termination procedures.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring that taxes such as GST, Corporate Tax, Income Tax, and others are filed and paid on time.

Shift : Night Shift if not Midshift
