Job Description
- Total experience 10+ years
- Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in HRSD, ITSM, ServiceNow and SPM
- Experience in either of other modules i.e. ITOM or GRC or HRSD and ITIL knowledge.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems. - Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Strong Understanding of business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design.
- Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component Integration Tests.
- Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
- Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
- Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
- Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills .
- Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
- Understanding the client s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client s requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
