Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements
Monitor and analyze cloud & On-prem resource usage patterns, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and resource allocation
Understand and support applications built on Java, SQL, ActiveMQ, Enterprise Bus technologies
Deployment and Automation
Maintain and fix CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and updates (Gitlab / Jenkins)
Preferred SQL scripting, jobs, optimal querying, working with relational database.
Knowledge of different types of integrations Rest API, Mulesoft, Kafka
Operational Support
Support the Global and Local business units in complex and often cross-technology troubleshooting, on-site and remotely
Hands on technical troubleshooting, proven experience in working with tickets incident, problem, change & request enduring to meet SLA and KPIs
Provide L2 and Preliminary L3 support for cloud-related incidents and problems, resolving issues on-time to minimize downtime
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other teams to resolved incidents and respond to stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of architecture, configurations, and runbooks
Hands on working on ticketing tools (SNOW, Jira)
Education & Experience
University degree in Information technology, engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in supporting distributed solutions
Experience and knowledge on working in a Lean & Agile team
Technical skills & Expectations
Cloud certified (Azure / AWS)
Knowledge of On-Prem infrastructure / network connectivity
Handled Java based applications / ActiveMQ
Python / PowerShell scripting knowledge
Know / how of different types of integrations Rest API, Mulesoft, Kafka
